Alternate Rank: Moiran-Bound

Click on the image above or here to view.
The Moiran-Bound is, in short, a dedicated soldier who never questions orders - even when his life is clearly on the line. Graced by the Emperor's luck, his own iron will and unflinching resolve to complete his missions, such warriors are eagerly sought by the Inquisition to serve in their retinues.

Dark Heresy Home Worlds: War-Wastes

Click on the image above or here to view.
Originally drafted by Vulkan539 on Dark Reign, the concept of the war-waster draws heavily from the post-apocalyptic tones of many fictional settings - desperate survivors waging wars for sheer survival. The key difference between a war waste and say, a war world or death world is simple; the collapsed infrastructure still present on the world, the dying ecology and the determination of mankind to cling on against the odds. Add in some mutants and your choice of doomsday event between the big three of Nuclear, Chemical, or Biological disaster and presto - you have yourself a War-Waster.

The Library

Click on the image above or here to view.

One of the most wonderful things about the Warhammer 40,000 setting is it's flexibility and scope of acceptability. Set so distantly in the future with huge swathes of human history missing, intentionally censored or redacted, and dissident human colonies spread across the stars, it makes for a great place place to interject concepts, ideas, and even whole settings whole sale from other media. In this case, I've taken a setting from the popular BBC show, Doctor Who, and spun it as an ancient human artifact lost to the ravages of time. Anyone familiar with the episode, 'Silence in the Library' will know exactly what to expect. For those who don't, I kindly invite you to take a look!

The Aelys Sector Synopsis

The Aelys Sector, seated in the Segmentum Solar, is home to a myriad of unique worlds currently being created and expanded. While within the confines of Solar proper, it rests close to the borders of Segmentum Obscuras and has long existed as a trade route. Heavy industrial activity has seen a great swath of worlds mined to obscurity by the sector forgeworlds, most famous of all being the Glassworlds Subsector (including Auros-II, Alactra, and Veridus).
Most famous and known by the Navis Nobilite for being the convergence nexus of the Imperio-Prognostician Leyline, the sector is coveted for it's multiple stable warp routes and relative lack of intrusive warp activity.

Alternate Rank: Conservator of the Imperial Reclamation Service

Click on the image above or here to view.
Based on the concept of the Imperial Reclamation Service from The Old Republic and borrowed quite liberally for the Quadis Expanse and my other Dark Heresy settings, the Conservators of this faction serve as a front for the Holy Inquisition. Potential recruits are sent to hazardous environs under the guise of archaeologists, laborers or explorers where the best may be chosen for further review.

Sonnenrad: The World of Carcossa

Click on the image above or here to view.
A synopsis on the home world of the dread entity known only as Sonnenrad - Carcossa, and the Circus Malifica. Governed by the natural order of Chaos where might makes right, this world is a tantalizing setting for Black Crusade adventures.

Rogue Trader: Price of Honor

Click on the image above or here to view.
Rogue Trader: The Price of Honor Primer is the introduction to the new setting of the Quadis Expanse. Set in the historical period in the years after the Angevin Crusade, this primer forms the basis of my home-brew setting to set future games in and was created for sand-box adventures.

Liber Administratum

Click on the image above, or here to view.

The Administratum is the organization within the Adeptus Terra responsible for logistics of the Imperium of Man, arguably the most vital component to keeping mankind's dominance of the galaxy. Complied within this tome is background on this behemoth organization and includes disparate elements of the Imperium that bring the setting to life - such as Imperial Dating, Tithe Grades, and the workings of the Departmento Munitorum.

Here is the first preview of the work in progress adventure module for the Thorian Throne campaign. So far just the brief introduction and beginning of world building - nothing really intense or in depth yet.

Dark Heresy: Ogryns as Player Characters by Vileterror

Click here to see the document!
A break from my own material, I've decided to host these lovely fan rules created by my friend who goes by the mysterious alias, Vileterror. Contained within is a preliminary rule set to play the lovable, child-like adherents to the Imperial Faith - your everyday, friendly Ogryn! This version is a rough, early version, and commentary is always welcome here or at Dark Reign, where the original rule set was introduced.
